In chapter 3 of Exodus, God chose Moses to lead the children of Israel out of Egypt. He tells Moses that He has seen theirafflictionand heard theircryconcerning the treatment of their taskmasters and He knows theirsorrow. Later in chapter 16, after being delivered out of Egypt, the children of Israel murmured against Moses and Aaron saying, "If only we had died by the Lord's hand in Egypt! |

Most of the extra weight we are carrying is not coming from pounds put on from unhealthy eating. |

Everything that exist began with a thought. From the beginning of the world, to all that's in it; good or bad. What are the thoughts you're having producing in your life?

Blessed are the pure in heart; for they shall see God. Jesus (Matthew 5:8)
"Blessed are the pure in heart" means blessed is the man who irrigates impurities from his/her heart. How open or quick are you to forgive those who have offended you? How open or quick are you to forgive yourself?

Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith; prove your own selves. Know ye not your own selves, how that Jesus Christ is in you, except ye be reprobates (without morals)?
We are instructed to examine ourselves concerning our faith. What daily practice do you have in place to do this?

And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God. Romans 12:2
Question For Today: How do you not conform to the patterns of the world (secular thinking) when most of your time is spent in secular environments?
As a Christian (follower of Christ), I have found that it is very important that I pay attention to what or who I allow to feed me. |
