Humble Leaders

But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men: And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross.

                   See Philippians 2:7-8

Humble leaders are comfortable with who they are and feel no need to draw attention to themselves. They revel in the accomplishments of others, empower others to excel, and allow others to shine. Look at Jesus. He was our perfect example. BE BLESSED!

God hates the boastful very much, we have nothing to boast against Jesus. Humbleness is one of the personality Jesus taught us, by sending His son Jesus Christ and leaving all the glory in heaven just to save us all to death is just a pure humbleness. We, as leaders, must act like Jesus, leading people with humbleness, serving them with all you have, seeing them excel at some point gives us joy. Let's always be humble in all we do and let God lift us up. Thank you and God bless for sharing the word of God with us.

There had been many humble leaders in the history which had set the examples for the humanity that we should keep in mind. It has always been about the decisions they had been taking for the humanity.

We really cannot make people do what they do not want to do. Even though what we really want is to make the world a better place than we found it. This is because the Lord granted us free will to choose if we will walk the path of light or of darkness. This had been happening ever since the time of our first parents, Adam and Eve. They chose to disobey God after all the love and provisions that God has given to them. So all we can do is to radiate positivity in order to beat the darkness or take them with you to the light.
