Those of us who have lived a considerable amount of time knows that change, though necessary an inevitable, can be difficult. Because we know that situations in ours lives will require us to change or make changes at some point, we must make sure our response to the change needed is done in a timely fashion. As a leader, your success in bringing about change in others will happen only if the timing is right. Timing is very important.
The wrong decision at the wrong time = disaster.
The wrong decision at the right time = mistake.
The right decision at the wrong time = unacceptance.
The right decision at the right time = success.
Remember: People change when they hurt enough they have to change; learn enough they want to change; receive enough they are able to change.
