We all have been tempted to use "what if" when face with a situation that will bring about a change in our lives. Whether it is a family member moving in or out, moving to another state or country, starting a new job or new career, etc., we find ourselves trying to predict how the situation will turn out. The problem with trying to predict the outcome of a situatuon-that by the way, hasn't even taken place yet, will have us thinking the worst case scenerio instead of thinking positive. Satan tempts us with our negative thoughts, and we therefore speak them into existence instead of speaking what we want to happen. If the devil can get us to be negative, he can provide us with negative circumstances.
Romans 4:17 tells us that God calls those things which be not as though they were. We tend to do the opposite, therefore sowing negative seeds.
It is important for us to remember that whatever we put into our minds, hearts, and mouths is what 's going to come out-good or bad.
...for out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaketh. Matthew 12:34
