Saturday, September 14, 2019 marks the one year devastation my family experienced as the result of the sudden death of my 28 year old nephew who was gunned down in front of his apartment after arriving home from work.
I would like to take this time to thank my Heavenly Father for His power of healing. If you have read the blog I wrote last year title, "The Day God Broke My Heart", you read of the hurt and pain I felt. |

Humans aren't as good as we should be in our capacity to empathize with feelings and thoughts of others, be they humans or animals on Earth. So maybe part of our formal education should be training in empathy. Imagine how different the world would be if, in fact, that were 'reading, writing, arithmetic, empathy.'

My nephew was violently gunned down back in September after arriving home from work by someone who had forsaken his freedom by not knowing his purpose in life. |
